It also features a 2.5GbE port that’s configurable for WAN or LAN deployment and enables you to leverage Multi-Gig internet connections or high-performance devices such as a NAS, as well as high-speed wireless backhaul.
Thanks to easy-to-use software, setup and configuration is about as straightforward as it gets. The RT6600ax is powered by Synology Router Manager (SRM) – an intuitive OS that’s built with security and performance in mind. Through SRM, you can manage up to five separate networks (and 15 SSIDs); manage network segmentation, parental controls, and traffic controls; and monitor real-time network statistics, the number of devices connected, among other things. In short, the software brings a lot to the table, and just about all of the pro features you’d expect from a high-end router are onboard.
