The XBOX ONE X is here!

Easily the most powerful console to date, with a sleek obsidian finish that looks simply beautiful these new gaming consoles are ready and waiting to entertain us all!

More than 130 games are getting or have already been patched to take advantage of this latest consoles added graphics power - all of which are marked with the special tag “XBOX ONE X ENHANCED” and this list includes some of the latest games like Assassin’s Creed Origins and Call of Duty WWII but also some brilliant, slightly less recent titles such as L.A Noire, Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls and Gears of War 4.

These performance updates come in many ways, games that are Xbox One X Enhanced may have faster load times, a more consistent frame rate or even a higher resolution.

Specifically looking at those ready for gaming in 4K right away we have the following titles available at launch (and a few more, but these are our favourites for jumping right in)

Assassin’s Creed Origins

Call of Duty WWII

Forza Motorsport 7

Forza Horizon 3

Gears of War 4

Halo 5: Guardians

Halo Wars 2

Rise of the Tomb Raider

Super Lucky’s Tale

Diablo III: Reaper of Soul

Killer Instinct

L.A. Noire

Ashes Cricket

NBA Live 18

F1 2017

And thankfully, Farming Simulator 17 also made the list :)

With all the work the game studios have done updating the existing games library, jumping in and grabbing this new console is better than ever before, and those fine folks at Microsoft have also made all our existing Xbox ONE S and those fancy Elite controllers Xbox One X compatible which is pretty awesome and whether you’re at 1080p or a 4K HDR TV, it’s going to be a great experience… it’s just going to be better in 4K HDR :)

And we’re not just talking about the games... The XBox One X is a 4K Blu-ray and streaming device, so we can watch Blu-ray movies in stunning 4K Ultra HD and also stream 4K video on Netflix, plus, we can stream and record game clips in 4K at a screaming-fast 60FPS… crazy cool.

For those upgrading from the XBOX One S you'll be happy to know that connecting both consoles to the same wireless network allows for migration of stored data, taking the hassle out of re-downloading all those special add-ons and game collections.

The new Xbox ONE X is available now at PB Tech, get your one today!
